1. All Ohio teams must meet our state requirements: Play in a NATIONS OHIO Sanctioned League or Play in One Ohio NATIONS Sanctioned Tournament. The State tournament can not be used for the tournament requirement. (Out of State Teams entering the Open/Premier regional event - contact us)

3. Insurance requirements must be fulfilled.
